Silent Army is an imprint that began as a name for publishing comic artist anthologies and organising underground art projects. The imprint continues to work on publishing anthologies as well as a diversity of other small press publishing editions, events and community led projects. These projects often present work from artists and non-artists alike, aiming to engage the reader in the possibilities of an artistic practice. 

Since 2007, Silent Army Projects have been an extension of the artistic practice of MP Fikaris. 

 Silent Army Reading Room is evolving as part of our archive project of small press comics, graph zines, and artist books.

 Silent Army Storeroom was a series of ongoing purpose built spaces built within shared studio warehouses in Melbourne 2011-2019 designed for small events, book display, discussion and the purpose of bringing people together.
